Vendor Application for Fairfield Celebrates down Syndrome Day

EVENT: FAIRFIELD CELEBRATES DOWN SYNDROME DAY

LOCATION: Roger Sherman Elementary School, 250 Fern St., Fairfield, CT

All vendor applications must be received by Sep 19, 2025.

Late applications may not be accepted.

Vendor Guidelines

• No Vendor Fee: There is no cost to participate in this event.

• Tent Size: Only tents with a maximum size of 10x10 feet or less will be allowed.

• Set-Up Time: Vendors must set up their booths between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM on the day of the event.

• Event Hours: The event will run from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Vendors are required to remain open for the entire event duration.

• Equipment: The event organizer will not provide tents, tables, or chairs. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment.

• Electricity: Limited electricity is available and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. If you require electricity, please request it in advance.

• Trash and Cleanup: Vendors are required to clean up their booth area and dispose of all trash properly by the end of the event.

Liability Waiver and Release

By signing below, I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating as a vendor in the 2025 Fairfield Celebrates Down Syndrome event hosted by Anoushka's Helping Hand Foundation Inc. on October 4, 2025 (raindate October 5, 2024). I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, the Town of Fairfield, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my participation in this event. This includes, but is not limited to, injury to myself, my staff, or event attendees, and damage to or loss of my property.

I understand that the event organizers will not provide tents, tables, or chairs, and it is my sole responsibility to arrange for these items. I also acknowledge that I must adhere to the tent size limitation of 10x10 feet or smaller. I also ensure that the tent is securely anchored and properly fastened.
